You can register now and complete your After Party Extras Registration any time before 05/19/25.  

 

**You are NOT registered until you have completed the registration form AND paid.**

Everyone of age can submit a Registration - Only Registered Attendees may submit an After Party Extras form.

How much is it to Register?

The registration deadlines are as follows.

07/31/24 - 11/04/24...$250

11/05/24 - 02/16/25...$300

02/17/25 - 05/19/25...$350​

What does my registration cover?

Your registration will grant you access to all areas of the convention during the weekend, including the newbie social, bingo night, the vendor room, win-win and more.  It will also include your Pick A Prize Tickets (we will see how many when we get closer and see how many pick a prizes there are), entry into each session drawings and will include your banquet meal on Saturday.

If you have a guest who wants to attend the banquet but not be part of all the other fun (tell them they are missing out!), there is a Guest Only Registration Form below. This will get them access to the banquet dinner with you on Saturday evening. 

 

If you choose to do the After Party Extras, this will get you entries into all the After Party prizes that will be drawn after the banquet dinner on Saturday Evening. You must be registered for the Convention before you can do the After Party Extras.  

 

One focus this year will be on the newbie's and all the learning they can do! So if this is going to be your first convention, please put the name of who recommended you on your registration form, so that we can thank them (and possibly give them and you a prize!)

09/30/24 - 90% Refund

12/31/24 - 75% Refund

03/31/25 - 50% Refund

05/19/25 - 25% Refund

We are not able to offer refunds after May 19, 2025. However, anyone who cancels between May 19, 2025, and June 30th will be entered into a drawing to win $100.

ALL REGISTRATIONS AND THE AFTER PARTY EXTRAS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

​FOR ALL DRAWINGS AT THE CONVENTION, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
